You’ll be joining an experienced and successful team which will support you throughout your onboarding and development. You’ll receive regular coaching, so it is essential that you are committed to developing your craft.

 

A typical week may see you in the office on Monday, meeting and collaborating with colleagues. For the rest of the week you’ll be meeting with customers, conducting service review meetings either face-to-face or via video conference, and following up on agreed actions, whether working from home or in the office. Either way, you’ll be focused on developing strong working relationships with your contacts, whilst strategically navigating the account in order to expand the use of Planon solutions amongst other departments.

Profile

Planon develops and delivers a series of software solutions that enable clients across multiple industries to effectively solve their Real Estate and Facility Management challenges – and that’s not a simple task. To fulfil this exciting Account Management position, we need you to operate both strategically and hands-on, market-oriented, analytical, and collaborative. 

 

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelors degree educated
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in an IT related field, preferably with IWMS, CAFM or similar such software
  • Experienced in working towards, and surpassing, a six-figure annual target
  • Accurate pipeline management
  • Effectively managing your own time to achieve the best possible results
  • Networking – both internally and externally in order to solve problems and deliver desired outcomes
