As the Global Recruitment Manager, located in Nijmegen, you help us to build the future Planon organization by employing a state-of-the-art recruitment strategy and ensuring global consistency of all recruitment activities.

 

You are part of our Global HR team and work closely with all HR colleagues from around the globe.

 

As Global Recruitment Manager you are an important part for both the department and organization wide. You translate market opportunities into opportunities for the organization. With your adaptability, passion and innovativeness, you know how to achieve strategic goals with your team and drive progress.

 

You will be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of International Recruiters and ensuring that all operations run according to procedure. This encompasses recruitment activities from North America to Europe to Asia and beyond! You should have experience with Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, and various ATS. You are also expected to contribute to the operational recruitment as the recruiter responsible for high profile and strategic roles. In a nutshell, this role has a bit of the full spectrum from operational to strategic! You will report to the Manager HR Talent Acquisition & Development.

Planon’s mission is to deliver in-house software solutions that enable our clients to effectively solve their challenges – and that’s no simple task. To fulfill our mission, we need you to be curious, driven, and dedicated.

 

Our ideal new team member meets the following criteria

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a (International) Recruiter, preferably in an IT or High-Tech environment, using various ATS systems (we use Talentsoft) and Linkedin Recruiter;
  • The ability to juggle multiple activities at the same time: active recruitment, stakeholder management, event planning, and leading process adherence, just to name a few;
  • Excellent leadership skills: you can get people on board and know how to motivate them;
  • Effective communication skills: you know how to ask the right questions and can actively listen to gather the information you need;
  • You understand the benefit of being politely assertive: you like to say “yes”, but you know when to say “no”; which also helps you stay calm under pressure!
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch;
  • Is available for a minimum of 32 hours.
